Laurel Corner is located in a quiet village on the outskirts of London.
This property was extended and fully modernised throughout. This resulted in a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 reception luxury home.
The interior design was done by the client who has expertly matched the styles throughout the property and with the help of Surrey Smarthome added in light fittings that complement the space.
Included in the re-wire, Surrey Smarthome installed a full Loxone Smarthome which controls:
  • Zoned Under floor heating and radiators throughout.
  • Intelligent lighting.
  • Home Security.
  • Multi Room Audio.
  • Intercom.
  • Electric gate control.
For the smart switches the client chose the elegant Tap-5 panels from Faradite on the ground floor and loxone’s Touch tree switches for the bedrooms.
 
In addition to the Loxone Smarthome elements, we also installed external Reolink IP security cameras and wired internet distribution throughout.
