The new owners of this stunningly property engaged Surrey Smarthome to help with the existing Loxone home automation system.

Set in to a hillside most of the living space is below the road level with a gigantic main bedroom and ensuite seemingly floating in the air above

With not one straight wall and the whole garden facing side constructed out of curved floor to ceiling glass a combination of Heat Exchangers and Air conditioning has to be used to maintain a comfortable internal temperature.

Whilst we can not take credit for the initial installation of this smart home system the client has happily relied on Surrey Smarthome for its ongoing maintenance and numerous improvements.

Work undertaken by Surrey Smarthome at Greenways includes:

  • Integration of the Heat Exchanger and Ventilation system into Loxone
  • Installation of recessed tree uplighters and wall wash lights
  • Overhaul of the house climate controls
  • Repairs and re-configuration of the intercom
  • Repairs to the electric gates.
